117 Meeting & Event Room

117 Meeting and Event space is located in the Baywood Village Inn built new in 2023.  The space is 900 square feet and has a 16-foot glass wall access to an adjacent garden view patio.  The space is equipped with heating, A/C and an 86" 4K HDTV for vivid screening.  This meeting and event space is suitable for presentations, classrooms, meetings, banquets, parties, and social gatherings.  Tables, chairs, table linens, outside heaters, setup and cleanup are provided by Inn staff. The space is serviced by two accessible restrooms on the ground floor. 

Maximum capacities are: presentation-56 seats; classroom with tables-32 seats; meeting with table setup-56 seats; banquet with 8 round tables-56 seats; inside-outside banquet with14 round tables-12 seats; social gathering-56 persons, inside-outside social gathering-120 persons.
