217 Meeting & Event Space

217 Meeting and Event space is located in the Baywood Village Inn built new in 2023.  The space is 900 square feet and has a large glass wall access to an adjacent garden view deck.  The room is equipped with an 86" 4K HDTV for vivid screening.  This meeting and event space is suitable for presentations, classrooms, meetings, banquets, parties, and social gatherings.  Tables, chairs, table linens, outside heaters, setup and cleanup are provided by Inn staff. The room is serviced by two accessible restrooms on the ground floor. 

Maximum capacities are: presentation-56 seats; classroom with tables-32 seats; meeting with table setup-56 seats; banquet with 8 round tables-56 seats; inside-outside banquet with 11 round tables-86 seats; social gathering-56 persons, inside-outside social gathering-86 persons.
