2 Bear's Den

Room 2, The Bear's Den, is the only room at the Black Bear Manor that has two beds. This room features a queen size bed, a full bed, a Smart TV, and a tub in a very spacious bathroom.

Our Bear's Den is located downstairs facing west towards the Uncompahgre River and the cliffs beyond, and has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda. Right outside, a few steps away, you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

3 Riverside Queen

Room 3, Our Riverside Queen Room, features a queen size bed with a Smart TV and a private bathroom.

This Queen room is ideal for the single traveler, but will accommodate two if you’re comfortable being cozy! Located downstairs facing west towards the Uncompahgre River and the cliffs beyond, it has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda. Right outside, a few steps away, you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

4 Riverside King

Room 4, Our Riverside King, is one of four king rooms at the Black Bear Manor. This room features a king bed, with a private bathroom and SmartTV.

This Riverside King is located downstairs facing west towards the Uncompahgre River and the cliffs beyond, and has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda. Right outside, a few steps away, you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

5 Cottage Queen

Room 5, Cottage Queen, is the only room at the Black Bear Manor that has a semi-private patio. This room features a queen size bed, Smart TV, a private bathroom with a stand-in shower.

Our Cottage Queen is located downstairs and has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda where you can enjoy some alone time on your patio. You will find that in the summer, this room tends to stay the coolest in temperature and is located on the opposite side from our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

6 Royal King

Room 6, Our Royal King, is the only room at the Black Bear Manor that has an in room jetted tub seperate from the shower, the shower is a steam shower, SmartTV, and a private balcony overlooking Hayden Mountain, the Amphitheater, Abrams Mountain, and beyond.

Our Royal King is located upstairs on our second floor and has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda. Right outside, downstairs from your exterior door, you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

7 Cliffside King

Room 7, Our Cliffside King, is one of our four rooms featuring a king bed, SmartTV, private bathroom, with a view of the western cliffs and a limited view of the Twin Peaks beyond. This room is newly decorated with new furniture.

Our Cliffside King room 7 is located upstairs and has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda. Right outside, downstairs from your exterior door, you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

This Northern Exposure Queen room is located upstairs on the north side of the Black Bear Manor and has a limited view of the western and eastern cliffs surrounding Ouray. This room's exterior door opens up to our wrap around veranda, where downstairs you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.
