3 Riverside Queen

Room 3, Our Riverside Queen Room, features a queen size bed with a  SmartTV and a private bathroom.

This Queen room is ideal for the single traveler, but will accommodate two if you’re comfortable being cozy! Located downstairs facing west towards the Uncompahgre River and the cliffs beyond, it has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda. Right outside, a few steps away, you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

All of our rooms include a full breakfast, and complimentary water at check-in.
