Cabin Family Suite

This suite has its own entrance to the outside, its own kitchenette, living room, and bedroom with large private bath, all on one level.  It is a daylight basement with 4 windows in addition to an entrance directly to the outside of the building. Sleeping area includes one queen bed, two twin beds, and room to add cots etc. for families with more than 2 children (or additional adults).  Includes all the Bed and Breakfast ammenities. Perfect for an individual or couple's stay, an entire family, or adults for a get-together.  Home-cooked delicious breakfast is provided in the main dining room on the first floor.  With the private entrance, we allow well-behaved pets (in this suite only) for a fee of $25 per night.  If pet is accompanying you, please click the check box on the check-out screen, and jot a note in the comments to briefly describe.  

Although our property cannot be made fully wheelchair accessible, this suite offers the least amount of stairs for access.  Note too that persons over six feet tall will have to duck for a few low hanging beams in this suite.  This 800 sq. ft. apartment has a queen size sleeper sofa and a futon in the living room area.  A full sized refrigerator, range, sink, and small appliances are in the kitchen.   Bathroom includes a tub and shower together.  Towels, sheets, and toiletries are  included with ammenities.  

Nightly rate is based on two person occupancy with additional persons costing $25 each.  Children 3 -12 cost $15.  No charge under age 3.  A stay of one night only is charged a 2-Night-Minimum Waiver Fee of $29.   The children's price is applied by the innkeeper after reservation is completes.  Please place names and ages of children in the coments/ notes on the screen to follow.

Our property is in the Borough of Millersville, 3.8 miles from Lancaster City square, and within walking distance of many things including restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, Millersville University, and Freedom Memorial Park (across the street,  see photos).
