Sun Suite

First floor living quarters. Second floor bedroom (queen bed), private bath (tub and shower) with adjoining "sun" (enclosed porch balcony) room. Plus see amenities included for all rooms. Perfect for an individual or couple's stay. A sleeper sofa or cot is available for children traveling with parents or additional adults. Three or more persons traveling together are  better served by one of our other two rooms if available (see Dutchman or Cabin Family suite).  Home-cooked delicious breakfast is provided.  

Nightly rate is based on two person occupancy with additional persons costing $25 each.   A stay of one night only is charged a 2-Night-Minimum Waiver Fee of $29.  

This Sum suite has a small enclosed balcony overlooking the back yard   The Sun suite bathroom has a shower and tub.  Guests are welcome to use the living space on the first floor as well (living room, dining room, & kitchen).  

Our property is in the Borough of Millersville, 4 miles from Lancaster City square, and within walking distance of many things including restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, Millersville University, and Freedom Memorial Park (across the street,  see photos).
