Studio 7C is spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery and cookware. Dining table & chairs, sofa, recliner in addition to king-sized bed. Good sized bathroom with shower. A large screened porch has seating for 4.  Free laundry facilities just across the street. Pool area and dock/marina are close by, just across the street. The beach is only 2 streets away, about a 5 minute walk. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Bicycles are also available for no charge.
