One-bedroom penthouse 6S is bright, spacious and comfortable with a separate bedroom, living room/dining area, kitchen and bath. Amenities include central air conditioning, free WIFI, plenty of storage, flat screen televisions in the living room and bedroom, and full size kitchen. Each kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, coffee maker and toaster. Cleaning supplies and paper products are provided as well. The living/dining room has a comfy queen size sleep sofa, Murphy bed, recliner, dining table & chairs.  Unit 6S has a king size bed. A large deck with plenty of seating offers views of the pool. Enjoy breathtaking views of the marina and Clearwater Bay from both of these beautiful units. Free laundry facilities are on the property. The beach is only 2 streets away, about a 5 minute walk. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Bicycles are also available for no charge.
