The Room also includes a very comfortable King size bed with foam mattress, plush blanket and quilt, 2 night stands, electric fireplace, dinette set, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker,coffee & condiments, hairdryer, 4ft wide, 32" high vanity and individually controlled AC / heat. The separate  toilet room has a 27" doorway and a 14" high toilet. Located on the Spencer Street side of the building with a private  parking space, one step up into 192 sq. ft.  room, 35" entrance, not wheelchair accessible. Outside there is a table & 2 chairs to sit and have your morning coffee and watch the deer as they graze in the fields behind us.
