Entire Property (4 units)

For larger parties, the entire property can be booked together with a 20% discount on each room. This would include the Senator's Room, The Alice Hay Room, the Gen. Wadsworth Suite in the Main House as well as The Garden Suite in the South Wing. Your party would have exclusive use of the Pool and the Second Floor Kitchen in the main House, as well as the Private Kitchen in the Garden Suite. This combination can hold up to 12 people: Two in the Senator's Room (King Bed), Two in The Alice Hay Room (Queen Bed), up to 4 in th Gen. Wadsworth Suite (Two Queen beds and a large couch) and up to 4 more in the Garden Suite (Queen, Single Bed & cot).
