The Main Residence
Located adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard Estate and RoxyAnn Winery was designed by well known architect Frank C. Clark and was built in 1917 with great care and craftsmanship during an era void of technology. (This house was originally part of the Hillcrest Orchard property)
Hillcrest Orchard has been a landmark estate in the Rogue Valley for over a hundred years. The United States Department of the Interior added Hillcrest Orchard to the National Register of Historic places in 1984 for its historic and architectural significance.
The space
A rural feel but close to many amenities. RoxyAnn Winery is right next door. Great local coffee shop across the street. Approximately 10 miles to the Britt Festival Pavilion and 14 miles to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Crater Lake is only a 1 1/2 hour drive.
We are the perfect halfway point between Seattle and the Bay Area
5 bedrooms, but please note: One of the doubles is only accessed by walking through another bedroom. There is a door separating the rooms. The bedroom with the queen bed is rather small.
The nightly fee is for a maximum of 10 guests. There are sleeping porches available for summer months only that can accommodate 8 additional guests for $50 each
Due to the age of the house we do not allow fires in the fireplaces.
The space is not child proofed.
Guest access
Entire house with the exception of one storage room, storage closet, attic and basement.
