All rooms offer a good comfortable mattress, pillows, ceiling fan, and a sink. NO linens are provide. Guests must bring their own linens, towels and beach things. There are two communal baths, a refrigerator and microwave station. Wi-Fi is provided for all guests. No TV, no AC, but plenty of Linwood Charm.
