The Writer's Room

Measuring an impressive 15 1/2  x 30 feet, the Writer's Room is our largest guest room and boasts ten windows.  A king size brass bed roughly divides the space into two different seating areas, one with a pair of William Morris patterned wing chairs and the other with a large down filled sofa and club chair.  Guests staying in this room have exclusive use of an outdoor balcony accessible by a private exterior door.  The bathroom features a large double shower.  A barrister bookcase and a 19th century revolving bookcase are filled with reading material.  Additional antique furnishings include an Edwardian armoire, an 18th century chest of drawers, an oak writing desk, and a fine English Arts and Crafts hall stand.  There is a Tivoli radio and a 54 inch flat screen television.
