Room Policies, Reservations and Cancellations
We only allow online booking 6 months in advance, to allow all our guests opportunity to book for our most popular times of the year.
Booking for Lazy Bear Week Begins the first Monday in February. A lottery is held at 10 am on Monday at the hotel. As the Host Hotel, we provide rooms for organizers of LBW, leaving 19 rooms for booking see below for addtional details.
Deposit, Cancellation and other Policies
A one night deposit is required on all reservations. Once a booking is confirmed Cancellations are subject to a $25 Fee. Cancellations made 7 days prior will receive the deposit less the $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less will lose the full initial deposit made for their room. Lazy Bear Week, July 28 through August 4, 2025, 6 night minimum. Cancellations must be made prior to 30 days to receive the initial two nights deposit made for your room, less the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less will lose the deposit made for the room of two nights deposit and may be subject to additional charges of all nights are not re-reserved.
All rooms are non-smoking of any kind. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card to make the room Allergy Free again.
You must be 21 or older to stay at The R3 Hotel. Children are welcome in the Rio Bistro during open hours.
A major credit card is required to secure a room, (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa) Debit cards are not a major credit card.
Pet (dog) Policy:
Because of past expereience, we allow only dogs 30 lbs and under. A $35 fee is charged per dog a maxium of 2 dogs are allowed. Dogs need to be socialized; on a leash at all times, and vaccinations must be current. Only the 2 residence dogs (Boomer and Will) are allowed to be off leash, please do not feed them. We love dogs in most of our rooms!! Please, NO cats, birds, reptiles...
NO DOGS in our Tower Rooms (Second Floor Rooms 17, 18, 19 & 20)
