Cozy Cottage

The Cozy Cottage is a private residence in a quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms, both with queen beds on the second floor with a  full bath with a tub/shower in the hall.  There is a second full bath with a shower on the first floor. Both bedrooms have cable TV 's and there is a cable TV in the living room. Wifi is available in the whole house. There is a separate dining room and full stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. A laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer are just off the kitchen.   All linens are provided. Central heat and Air Conoditioning with separate controls on both floors. There is also a  front porch and a fenced in back yard.   Long Term Rentals Available.
